What our Clients Say

"When I had to leave town after a loved one had spent 2 weeks in the hospital and needed to be admitted to a rehab center, I wanted to make sure that I could be by his side. I spent many hours by his side in the hospital doing the little comforting things that are needed, and yet on the "sidelines" for a nurse to accomplish because she has 5 patients to care for on her shift. In my search, I found Home Care Assistance online. I was still nervous until I spoke with Nick, the owner. He told me how his caregivers were screened. He personally met with us in the hospital, which really made me feel more secure that this was the assistance for my loved one. Once in the rehab center Connie, the Home Care Manager, arrived to introduce our first Home Care Assistant. I was so pleased that she listened to my concerns and what my expectations were concerning my loved one. I would call the day care assistant during the day and evening and I felt like I was there. I had an extra "right hand" there taking care of my loved one. I loved their care, their determination to follow my requests, and how often they spoke up for the patient in a new setting. I was so pleased with the care my loved one received that I highly recommend Home Care Assistance. I would not hesitate to use them for my own care. I would give them a FIVE STAR rating!"

Sincerely, Arlene Muller
What our Clients Say

"Teresa came into out home when she was hired through our doctor to help after my husband's knee replacement surgery. I could tell right away that she was a true professional and that she had plenty of experience. Teresa is always prompt in her arrival and ready to go to work with a cheerful attitude. She works quietly and quickly changing my husband's bed while keeping a sharp eye out for my husband's personal needs. Although my husband's knee replacement was new he has been ill for several years and during that time we have had different types of help in the house. Teresa is the first person that mu husband has felt comfortable with in allowing her to help him in and out of the shower and to get dressed. She also helps with his meals and snacks. I am more than happy to recommend Teresa to you as help in the area of care giving. We are so grateful for her."

Sincerely, Jillene M.
What our Clients Say

"It’s never easy to realize that your family needs more help than the family can provide on its own, and the decision to reach for outside support can be difficult. In 2006, my mom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. My parents live in a house on their own and for the past five years, I watched my mom’s mobility and level of independence steadily decrease, and my dad’s levels of stress and responsibility significantly increase. My sister and I looked into several home care organizations and ultimately, decided upon Home Care Assistance. We were impressed with their balanced approach to care, and their thorough and genuine efforts to get to know my mom and find a Caregiver best suited for her needs. Home Care Assistance has been a huge source of support for both my parents. With the help of her Caregiver, my mom can participate in the activities she loves without needing to depend on my dad to accompany her. My dad can now enjoy some relaxing time on his own. In many ways, Home Care Assistance has given my parents a part of their life back. It has been such a relief knowing that they are in such safe and professional hands."
